Robin is a phenomenal agent! We spent the better part of 7 years looking around Davis, on and off, before we finally got serious about leaving the Bay Area. We so appreciate Robin who, I'm pretty sure didn't know what she was getting herself into when she graciously agreed to represent us on the purchase of our "forever after" home. The deal involved getting a (highly undesirable) contingency offer accepted, finding an affordable bridge loan lender--and along the way dealing with the seemingly ongoing challenges of that--and getting two different extensions accepted from sellers who "really needed to move right away!" And, of course, there was also having to deal with us, the buyers, who doubted, believed, worried, doubted some more, stressed.... There were so many uncertainties and challenges--so many ups and downs right from the start. But through it all, when all signs (from our perspective) pointed to us losing the deal (a few times), Robin gave us hope--with her insider knowledge and many years' experiences with loan officers and processes and dealing with other agents (who are dealing with sellers who "need to move" right away), AND, her voice of reason and calm--a quality so unique, it sets her apart from other agents. Overall, Robin was instrumental in making this very difficult, challenging and way too stressful of a purchase, a BIG "win-win" for everyone.
